Grounded in findings from Dr. Cannon’s recent doctoral study of New Hampshire elementary literacy specialists, this session explores the evolving role of literacy leaders and the impact they have on student outcomes.

Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of the evolving role of K–5 literacy specialists in New Hampshire, key leadership practices that strengthen student outcomes, and the systemic challenges impacting their work.
